Alli Songwriter is one of the most successful youth coaches in Iceland, boasting an impressive record of 137 titles over a 40-year career. Beyond the sports arena, Alli is an international golf referee, having officiated in 7 Icelandic golf tournaments as head referee and even refereed handball in the top division, including a national match against Japan. Alli's coaching prowess extends to leading both the A women's national team and establishing the 16-year-old women's national team.

Utan íþróttaheimsins er Alli alþjóða golfdómari og hefur dæmt á 7 Íslandsmótum í golfi sem aðaldómari og dæmt handbolta í efstu deild, þar á meðal landsleik gegn Japan. Þjálfarahæfileikar Alla nær til þess að leiða bæði A-landslið kvenna og koma á fót 16 ára landsliði kvenna.
